    Battery Cell Voltages

As I'm used to standard lipo batteries that are a breeze to read with a checker, I've always found the Inspire batteries a real PITA to get data which I track religiously to keep an eye on battery health. So I always do a capture of the battery screen when I install and switch out batteries. I...

Used or new Thunderbolt CineSSD reader

Me too. Haven't seen one in a LONG time.

    Fly report??? Yeah...didn't think so....

Their report should have a little "(as far as you know)" at the end.

    Inspire 2 Cinema DNG/Prores License

I had a similar issue when the I2 I'd sent in for repairs (totaled) came back without the licenses. What you need to do is find the serial number for your CineCore. I don't remember if it's presented in the Go4 app or in the assistant; probably assistant. Call DJI. They will be able to look...

Need Help - DJI CrystalSky 7.85"

I still have the CS as backup, but am using a TriplTek tablet. Much better IMHO

Mount at rear changes C o Gravity

we recently flew an Insta PRO 360 under our inspire 2. Our first test was with a riggid underslung mount and it resulted in a few broken props. The pendulum was too much for the bird. Then we made a u-joint that would let the camera swing independently from the bird, left right...front...

    X7-16mm problem?

Just got a used X7 (DJI Refurb) and a set of lenses. I shot an out of focus white background with each lens to check for oddities that might show up in things like even blue sky. And with the 16mm lens I got this weird arc on one side of the image. Is this something that is "just the way it...

Monitor for Inspire 2 (Crystalsky alternatives)

I like to think myself a handy guy, but I'm not sure I'd go at it like that. I've had some sad stories. I think this thing was developed specifically for rugged use, so to that end, it may be that a good deal of the guts are isolated from the case..accept for the connectors of course. It DOES...

Monitor for Inspire 2 (Crystalsky alternatives)

I have the TriplTek and it seems to be working quite well. We were using the 5" for the pilot and 7" for me (gimbal) and were getting constant screen freezes and app crashes with the 7" CS. The CS is getting zero updates and is stuck on a 4-5 versions ago Android OS. The TriplTek boots faster...

    X7 Gimbal Balance Problems

Found this old thread today. I just rented a complete kit and every single lens needed two of the provided balancing rings PLUS the lens hood which I'd have to tape on because it won't mount with two filters. Any other mix would yield a "Gimbal Motor Overload" message. Not something you want...

    Aircraft firmware says Unverified

Before I sent it off I'd look for an older version of Assistant just incase there is something with the newest that is screwing the pooch. It's problems like this that if it's not keeping me from taking off I just ignore it. DJI does a poor job imho of differentiating between things they'd...

    Aircraft firmware says Unverified

There are quite a few flavors of Assistant 2 now. Are you sure you're using the right and newest one? OR maybe an older version of you haven't updated firmware in a while?

    cine station disconnecting

I saw your WTB. Good idea. Let us know if it REALLY works on your PC.

    cine station disconnecting

I'll be interested to hear your results. Mine also "claims" to be thunderbolt, but I've also read that such claims can really mean that it's a PC version that might not work as expected. Hope its true. Did you find one in stock somewhere?

    cine station disconnecting

Your post reminded me to look for a backup. As a PC user I'm wary of the hard to find thunderbolt version. Adorama has both the original and V2 USB readers for $189. I'm assuming v2 means "we found out what stopped working on the original"
