The x3 zoom is not compatible with Inspire1. It will fit the port, backwards, maybe even show video from where ever the gimbal flaps to. But it was made for osmosis and Inspire uses different pinout config. It will never work on inspire. Have you tried shuuting down remove x3 wait 10 seconds...

I too suffer from no gimbal response. Brand new factory sealed cam. I get a video feed, when calibrating yhe gimbal in dji go it can see slight movement at the camera. The picture is otherwise perfect and records video and image. Just no gimbal control
