I've got a Vimeo Pro account and it works as promised. Not as large of an audience there though.

Figure out the market in your area, see what holds. Flight only has no value for this application IMO, and post-production graphics can make or break the video. If you don't know how to put the full package together, might be better to stay out of the segment.

Same thing happened to me over a lake this week. Went from ~40% to 7% critical warning in a matter of seconds, had to gun it back, barely made it off the water and across the road to where I was standing.
