Thanks for the reply, yes they are a pawn shop and they do have to keep records but it seems they are not great at that! Im still waiting for the police to follow up.

I had a DJI focus kit stolen in London, it is registered to my account and I have S/N, the unit turned up on EBAY at a 2nd hand dealer I contacted the police and told them but guess what by the time they arrived it had gone. EBAY file ad attached, the kit has items kissing and I still have them.
