Is there a way to downgrade the firmware & reinstall or hard reset?

We can record & take photos but the live feed & live shots will not show while in flight on our phone camera app. Inpsire 1 V2.0 My newbie eyes only see that the aircraft & camera versions are different with a (+) sign. Not sure what to do? We thought about trying to reset & reload the original...
