Hi Ray787 & Figbar, I had same problem I eventually tried a std alone usb stick rather than micro Sd in a usb reader and it worked fine, you may have to try several usb sticks and make sure they are formatted correctly Regards Chris

For those of you struggling to upgrade firmware on Controllers, I tried upgrading using Micro SD card via USB micro convertor and it didn't work however I tried, just tried using standalone usb stick rather than above and its worked on both. Thanks Schnooks for advice
