I agree. It’s accurate but if winds are gusty the altimeter varies significantly. I live in an area with a lot of wind. This is very noticeable below 50 feet where the altitude can move up and down 10 feet or more when hovering during gusty conditions.

It looks like that was the problem. There was definitely a broken/bent contact inside the mount. I replaced the board and the cables tonight. Thanks! I had the problem again today but this time when I removed the camera one of the contacts in the quick mount for the camera was bent. It may have always been loose but I couldn't tell from looking until today. I ordered a new mount/board and ribbon cables. Hopefully that does the trick...

Very nicely done.

I consistently notice a few feet of up and down drift with my Inspire Pro at low altitudes when it is windy/gusty. I believe there is a barometric altimeter in the drone and I figured it had to do with that but I'm not sure that's correct. I live in a windy area so I see it frequently.

I just upgraded my firmware. I tested CSC without props. If you use both sticks down and out or both sticks down and in the motors stop in 3 second. However, if you pull both sticks down and left or both down and right it takes about 1 1/2 seconds. I'm not crazy about the inconsistency. Not sure...

I talked to tech support. They recommended I try it with a different device. I tried it with my iPhone 6s with much better results. I'll try again soon to confirm. Maybe it was a problem with my iPad. Thanks!
