I believe just doing the latest update should be enough. If you are many many versions back it might let you update to the newest unless you are on a slightly newer version.

If it is encrypted on the SSD, that might explain why it takes forever to transfer or transcode the files using Cinelight.

DJI confirmed that ProRes on that product page means Cinelight is capable of outputting it, even though it does a very bad job at it. Kind of misleading...

The only time I see custom greyed out is on the Go App running on the slave controller. I think only the master can change the setting there. If you are using the master, your RC firmware is updated to the latest right? What about re-installing the Go app? Just trying to think of quick things...

I use a 9.7" iPad Pro with mine and it just barely fits, with no case on it except the super thin expensive official apple one. It sort of doesn't fit, it pushes up a little bit on the foam part of the device holder but it definitely doesn't put extra stress on the expandable arm.

The Autopilot app has a cruise control mode that would let you lock the speed and/or course or any other control. Or you could do it with waypoints I suppose as well.
