that last clip was a little irresponsible Landing in a public area with people walking so close to the drone. it would be really easy for a small child to run up to that drone and get hurt

In a nutshell, a property owner has rights to the airspace above their property to the extent that they are able to use it. This means if they build a 10-story building that's their rights to the airspace. They have no right to keep anyone out of that airspace

when you when you cycle the batteries hover the bird low to the ground in front of you down to 0%. Let the battery cool, turn the battery on well it's in the bird and let it sit until it turns itself off. I usually let mine sit overnight and then charge. I have 6 batteries that are slightly over...

I personally would not I personally would not update the firmware. Don't give your device access to the internet while it's connected to the bird.

Whatever Apple calls their movie editing software. Figure it out. this is why I rarely post any of these forums

I would recommend dumping the footage down to a computer and use either Microsoft Movie Editor or Apple Movie Maker to do your basic editing
