I bought mine off eBay and they were shipped from France to Canada. You shouldnt have a problem.

What firmware were you using for a flight like that? I downgraded back to v1.8 where I used to fly over 2 to miles away with no problems. Now, it seems I can't got further than 1/2 mile before I lose video signal. Anyone having the same problem?

According to DJI after the upgrade to v1.9, v1.8 is as low as you can go if you want to downgrade.

To be on the safe side if it was my bird, I would replace the motor. There is not much room for error with this things. Good luck.

The OP refers to the "Disconnected" and that nothing will connect. I'm pretty new to this but there is one thing I know, it will always show disconnected if the bird is off. The connected and disconnected function is in reference to the status of the AC. So I think your problem is elsewhere...

Same happened to me. Called the place of purchase and they exchanged it on the spot. Good luck.

I had the same issue with my TB-47 brand new out of the box. I called the place where I bought it and they replaced the battery on the spot. All is good now.
