If you need ESC boards, I have new ones very cheap. Motors are $70 or so. Might be a good idea to replace the boards also. Depending on what you find once you get in there.

Anyone 1 you know have a Inspire 1 with a Z3. You will be amazed at what that cameras capabilities are with the zoom

New props have foam inside to help with the play. Older props need to have some foam inserted. This is the million $$ fix for their problem with the props.
