    I do not understand why must they go thru the dealer/distributor??? What if some of this unscrupulous dealer don't bother to send it to us and demand that we buy it from them?     Please make sure thats only the latest firmware files in in the sd card not with any older version in it together.     Had the same problem with battery error without camera. No problem when cam is installed. Reported to DJI over live chat and received email from them that not big issue if camera install and flying well. It is just a bug and will be update on next firmware.
