Problem is this has been an issue for at least a week and the only answer you can get is we have no problems with the app or we are aware and working on it. I have a search and rescue drone that is out of service and has missed 2 calls for help waiting on them to figure out what is going on...

Same issue been on the phone all day cannot get a straight answer to what has gone wrong.
