plick and pluck a new set - the foam is pretty cheap direct from peli - then use loads of plastidip spray to firm up and protect the foam after you've cut it all out. On my 1630 case I used 4 cans of matt black and then finished with a can of glossifier (£60 off ebay inc a trigger handle)...

Take a look up into the mount the contacts should all be straight but they're easily bent - don't worry if they are the contact board is easily replaced
