I sent mine into to DJI and they replaced it. Only showed 1 charge.

If we could get the TB50 pin configuration drawings than we could balance the cells. The Inspire is very picky about unbalanced cells and wont even take off if the cells are unbalanced.

So I got a cell error. And I toggled between the main screen and battery screen. No change. Battery was fine until I charged it. Other than discharging it in the I2 is the another way to discharge it? Thanks

I wonder if you could use that cable to discharge the batteries?

Just go the same error after 1 charge... This sucks. Now I'lll need to contact DJI and wait hours.... :-( By the way..How did you deep cycle your battery? Thanks
