Is their final product an HD image or a 4K image? The film projects I have shot in 4K were mastered in HD, and the cinematographers were always very pleased with the image quality I got from my I2/X7 combo.

This happened to me. My research indicates that some people in the same situation have been able to convince DJI to replace the batteries. I was unable to do so.

It's just as easy to fly as any other DJI drone. If you are going to do any professional video work, I strongly recommend a dual-operator setup. It's just too hard to control the drone and the camera at the same time.
