I saw a company that tracks the genetics of whales by collecting sea water from their blow hole. They attach little dishes to the inspire and fly above it when it resurfaces. Bet you get some big great whites on film :) Drag a black bodyboard behind the Inspire and see what happens :)

Hi Ralph This looks like a good bit of kit. Am I correct in assuming, that you would fly the Inspire in flight mode with the arms down, and lift the arms to delivery the payload? If this is the case, how does it affect the stability of the Inspire? Thanks for any info :)

My take on it is dangerous and irresponsible flying. Flying BLOS, over cars, roads, houses, commercial buildings, areas where kids could be playing...Not good

After an investigation they now think it was either a plastic bag or some other debris... How many newspaper front pages will be running this story tomorrow 'Plane hit by plastic bag' - or at the very least a retraction to the sensationalist articles they ran last week? My guess is a big fat ZERO!

Dreadful news - Might as well be flying a Syma with those kind of limitations :( More need jerk reactions from another government that is too slow to adapt and clearly knows virtually nothing about UAV's.

If it is with your son, it is worth it. Nothing better than getting the little lad involved doing something cool with his dad. He will remember his involvement forever, especially if you take some nice shots together. That alone is worth the additional cost of a remote. There are loads...

I think it depends what you are trying to achieve. If you are shooting a lot of video, having 2 people doing separate jobs on separate remotes makes things far easier. The pilot concentrates on aircraft positioning and smooth flying while the camera operator concentrates on footage and framing...
