I usually hate rants like these but it has come to a point where I don't know if I can ever rely on DJI customer support. My inspire became bricked after a previous firmware failure and was sent in for repairs...I was well aware that they are backed up and that it would take 6 weeks to repair...

Yeah the remote charges, and it's at room temp basically

Just got my l1, and when I plug the battery into the charger nothing happens...everything is plugged in securely and the outlet does work. If I fiddle with the plug connected to the battery...the lights light up for a second then vanish. Not sure what to do.
