    Need Suggestion For Android Tablet

I agree with TrueGreen, if only using the tablet for your drone it really doesn't matter about the tablet camera or flashlight. I have been using the Tab S3 for 2 years now and love it, works great with my inspire 2. I also use it for my commercial flying as well using Garmin Pilot and Oz...

The new update says it has added POI for the Inspire 2 now, haven't had the chance to try it out yet. I am using DJI Go 4 on a Samsung Tab...

A bit confused on this airspace.

A bit confused on this airspace.

Thank you, I hope our FSDO's receive the memo, this will make life so much easier. I will let you know what my FSDO says when I get back to Oregon. I am bring a copy of the memo with me. This makes sense as we are below all approach minimums for IFR traffic. Thanks again

A bit confused on this airspace.

A little more confusion thrown in, again from the FAA regs. This is for Class E surface area, no airport 3.5.2 Class E Surface Area Weather Ceiling Caveat Due to the relatively lower minimums for VFR traffic in Class E airspace, additional situational risks limit the validity of automatically...

A bit confused on this airspace.

You are correct on that is a class D extension. I am a little confused on how the person in the FAA is making the determination that doesn't require an authorization? Part 107 states Class E to the surface requires an authorization. Step 2B – Controlled Airspace Requests If you want to fly in...

A bit confused on this airspace.

Not to say I am correct but I have been a CFI since 1970, the dashed line dictates Class E to the Surface. This does require an Authorization. The instrument approach extension at most Class D airports are class E to the surface with the dashed lines. Class E airspace dictated in Magenta start...
