I am having the same issue, think I did an update I was forced into a couple years ago. Trying again today, I can record pics and video to the micro sd, but there is no transmission to the controller and phone. I wish someone had a workaround on this

I found an old x3 and was able to get picture- it says once in a while lens disconnected on the x5- have reseated but nothing

After sitting for a long time I cant get any signal from the camera. I updated firmware with the controller on, reset a bunch of times, reseated camera and lens as I got 'lens not connected' error, but never a pic or video. Tried 3 different phones that work fine on other drones, tried today...
