Same problems, after 2000.00 in repair and more in disputes. Everything seems to be fine., Don't fly it much anymore. The controller caused the first crash, and bad software update caused the second crash. Fly safe and be careful, or it will cost you.

Same problem 99 percent twice then It processed to 100 percent. After the up date everything went wrong. Sent it to DJI and they said they replaced a cable and the Main Controller Module and FPV Gimbal and Camera Module. Everything is working fine now.

Lost my drone controller with a condense controller. Hit a tree and DJI told me it was bad flying. Found out it was a bad controller. They told me that I had dropped or I did something to it. Never received my old controller back. They sent me a new one. Still charged for the inspire 11 repair.
