    Hey webeflyin, Nope, it went terrible. The thread that holds the main motor and is connected to the main axle, broke off. It is now beyond unrepairable. I have to send it in. The cable was within this last and main motor impossible to replace yourself. From now on I do advice to NOT repair it...

    Help!

    What happened is that you had a software version difference, between the drone and the remote. What you did was downgrade the remote software to re connect. 1.5.8 mostly gets you out of trouble. ALWAYS when you upgrade your software. Upgrade the drone first! Glad it worked out well. Cheers...

    Oké, the same here. after trying to do a full replacement. I am much wiser now. Send it in to dji. This is not possible to repair yourself. So I'm going to send it in and we'll see about the costs. Sent from my iPhone using InspirePilots

    Hey, they told me at a premium dji dealer that the electronics inside the gimbal arms are responsible for the balancing. It needs a software calibration of those chips, and yes they said it can only be done by the dji guys. The chips appear to be highly sensitive. So even if you replace the arms...
