Installed firmware on AC and was successful. I don't think it did anything on the second battery as it just powered on the AC without any blinking lights on the batt. RC ran the update and had normal success beep D.DD but in the DJI Pilot app in the about section it still has the latest firmware...

I just got a new TB47 battery. Do I have to update the firmware? How do I check that?

I just got mine today from Amazon and the label with B. Before I return it, Is there an electronic or motor difference between version B and D. Is there a significant difference in performance?

I know that the latest firmware should always be installed but I have read so many stories about this latest firmware. My Inspire1 is on schedule to be delivered today and I was contemplating whether or not I should flash it with the latest firmware (If not installed already).
