I have same problem, 2 new SSD's. The one is SSD is greyed out so can't select to format. PRORES 444 selected. My other SSD formatted and works fine. Do these SSD's fail like this brand new out of the box?

Similar issue never can see fpv view box on Cendence with CrystalSky monitor. Blocked by waveform. If I use 2 controllers and Cendence as master then I see FPV on both the CrystalSky and an iPad . How can you simply toggle the FPV screen to appear on angle master controller screen?

Had the same issue with a swollen battery in a brand new P4 and they took 5 weeks to replace it! My suggestion DO NOT BUY DIRECT FROM DJI. Purchase from your local Drone store like Dronefly or B&H etc. They replace defective DJI gear ASAP.
