Mitch, That was my issue as well. Been on a shoot and wasn't able to update my post, but yes, you have to dig to find the PRO version for the X5 otherwise the Inspire ignores it. I wish DJI would distinguish the files better.

Dave, I finally got mine working. You have to make sure you're using the BIN file for the Inspire Pro if you're using the X5. The other bin files seem the same but will be ignored when you boot the Inspire. Update the Inspire and all your batteries, then update the radio. You may need to rebind...

Arggghhh! pulling whatever hair i have left trying to get this working... Can I use the plug in the back of the Inspire to push the update. I've tried using a PC and Mac to get the X5 to read the BIN file. Nothing works.

Not sure what the deal is but my Inspire 1 Pro doesn't seem to want to update. I formatted the SD (tried in the X5 and on a PC) copied the bin file. Insert into camera (RC is off) turn on Inspire and it just starts as normal. Tail light blinks yellow as I guess it doesn't see the RC connected...

So odd thing... I was shooting yesterday afternoon with my X5 and noticed the HDR option under the photo menu. I selected it, the letters "HDR" appeared inside the shutter button. I took several photos but when I went to download them they weren't there. Now, the HDR option is gone from the GO...

Well the maiden flight went well. I did start without the camera attached, flew around for a few minutes, landed and put the camera on. Overall, I'm pleased with the flight though the quad is way snappier than my hex. I think I'd like to adjust the gains so it's a touch more soupy to help when...
