Hi there, I'm so sorry you are having this issue, I know all to well how it feels... I wound up sending the camera in to DJI under warranty, it came back about a week later with the very same issue, wound up sending it back in again, this time when it came back I had a picture from the x5s but...

I had sent in in to DJI for the repair, i used the online service, it came back in about 10 days, that was about a year ago and it's worked fine ever since (when I say worked fine i'm referring to the charging and indicator lights)

I had a similar issue with a phantom 4 controller, sent the controller in for a diagnostic and 79.00 (u.s.) later and it worked like new again

I think i'm just going to have them send it back to me and look for a local repair shop or like others have stated I'll give DJI Drone service a shot

Thanks. I'm thinking that's gonna be a "must do" if this thing is gonna be a problem child, less than 30 minutes flight time on it and going on five weeks to get it fixed

Thank you for the reply, I think the issue is I replaced the vibration absorbing board myself after the camera came back with the same exact issue, as some had mentioned that can sometimes cause the "camera sensor error"...and it's not that hard to replace the dam thing...i'm still thinking its...
