Uhm there is an explicit indication on those cells, "Charging Limit: 23.5v"; Inspire 1 chargers work at 26-point-something volts, I wouldn't overcharge lithium batteries... Also the chemistry is plain Li-Ion (not adequate for high current), remember you need to pull more than 25amps from those...
