It must be the .MOV file. It cannot be played on a Windows PC but normally on Apple/Mac. Download a conversion from the internet (MOV to MP4)

I've tried new cables, Samsung S5 phone, Samsung Tab4 (reported incorrectly Tab 3 before), Samsung S4 with no luck. Apple S6 working fine. Guess I'll have to go out and buy iPad (considering iPad mini 2) and have a "redundant" tab 4 as it was bought for sole purpose to use with Inspire.

Numerous correspondence to DJI wrt the android problem ("Chats" on their web page, emails etc) they give me advice of no use as they keep on telling me what to do after I told them I've tried it and it doesn't work. One comment was "then there is no problem - get out and fly" ........LoL

Same problem. Tried Samsung galaxy S5 phone, Samsung Tab3 both android 4.4.2. Then connect Apple s6 - it works.

I cannot perform any task because: The camera screen show "DISCONNECTED" in the "SAFE TO FLY" space on the screen. MODE shows N/A All camera buttons on the right faded - cannot access No SD card etc...etc Will not allow anything because the craft is not activated I've logged in/create...
