Thank you, however, as mentioned my response was more to obtaining various info. from the FAA database. In my particular instance, I was simply looking for basic registration information and was not as successful as hoped via the Drone Zone website and that coming directly from the FAA help...

If a proprietary file owned by Dji is what may be necessary to set things straight once again, then sending the quadcopter back to Dji may be a better way for the OP to go, and more than likely less of an expense to repair. Thanks for your input.
