Hello all,
A quick question, finding it hard to get a conclusive answer.
Might have a job in the states, so can I apply for a 333 as a non-US citizen or is there another route open to aliens.
Thanks for any help, Mark

Actually I asked the same question regarding Canadians and the FAA answer was yes, a foreigner can hold a 333.

I can not answer your question, you might want to call the FAA. You could also contact some one here in the states that already has a 333 exemption and work with them. Where is the job you might have? You can find many of the US operator here FAA 333 Exemption Holders, commercial drone operators in America. - sUAS News
OK thanks, it may be just a one off job, if so I'll check out your link, thx again. Can you apply directly to the FAA for a 333 or do have to go through a lawyer?
Thanks again, Mark
