Aircraft vs. Controller Input

Hello again fellow I1 pilots. Experienced an interesting event today. While flying the I1 around the house the aircraft would not respond properly to the controller. Aircraft, Tablet and Controller batteries had full charges. Aircraft would not go forward at one specific point over the ground. I repositioned myself directly under the aircraft and it would not go forward. At some points I would try to hover forward, left or right and the aircraft would hover backwards, I was in advanced flight mode, so I switched to beginner mode and it did the same thing. I've done an update of the firmware. In fact, my local hobby shop did the update. Has anyone else experienced this anomaly???

How high were you from the ground?
Did you check your IMU or compass data while this anomoly was occurring?

No. I did not check IMU or compass data in flight? Did the calibration prior to flight though. Will check it first thing tomorrow. Thanks for the lead.....
