An app sheduled for release by December this year might be very helpfull in proper assesement of the local radio interferrences. The app in realtime visualize cell towers, wifi routers, communication, navigation and observation satellites and their signals. Details are here:Architecture of Radio

none of those things affect RC control signal. the real cause of fly aways are incorrect IMU or compass calibrations and the pilots inability to fly in ATTI mode. Ive flown next to cell towers, power lines, and in cities with tons of wifi signals around without ever once having a control loss issue. Sometimes they might shorten video range, but RC control signal is much stronger and goes much further than video signal can.

This thing only relies on "known" sources that are entered into various databases and theoretical calculations, it doesn't measure anything nor takes any mobile or temporary equipment into account.
So while it looks cool from an artistic/basic informational point of view it won't give anything you could rely on for operations.
