Can the batteries for the Inspire 1 be reconditioned ?

Dear: If they can be reconditioned, there are videos on YouTube that explain the step by step, the cells to make the change for those that are spent, you can find them on Amazon or Aliexpress, I don't know if you have to use any interface to be able to “unlock” or reset the battery charging smart card.
