Battery issue

Took my Inspire 1 out today and used up my TB47 with no issues. I turned off the Inspire 1, put the TB48 in and as soon as I connected the battery the Inspire turned on, but the battery was off. I also have to pull the battery out with the Inspire 1 on as the power button will not power off.
Last night I drained both batteries dead, then in the morning did a full charge on both.
I checked the Error Codes in the manual and a blinking 1st light (by the power button) means the battery was charged too cold, only issue is that it was not and this should not instantly power on my Inspire...right?
Anyone know what is going on?

This is a weird one right? It sounds like the battery is sick! I wouldn't in any way under the son fly with this battery until it is properly diagnosed. Will it power off and on now being outside the bird?

When its not plugged into the Inspire it turns on and off like normal. The shop that I purchased my stuff from has told me to ship the battery back and they will send a new one.
