Just received a pair of TB50 batteries that I bought on eBay. Seller stated new without
packaging. I plugged them into my bird, one shows 0 charges and the other 2 charges, Ok, so far.

When I checked serial numbers one shows production date of 2016-11 and the other 2016-12.

Here’s my question, can I expect normal battery life or since they are nearly 2 1/2 years old, less than that?

As covered previously on the forum:

Lipos start to deteriorate from the day they leave the production line whether they are used or not.
Typical capacity values lost vary depending on how they have been stored but can be anything from 2% - 40% per year.
