C1, C2 , and Record button not working

Another problem after updating to 1.9 I cannot for the life of me find the C button programming.. I've also lost the ability to record video with the remote button. I have to tap the screen to record. If I hit the remote record button, it just takes a picture... Anyone else have this issue?

EDIT: found it... Jesus!.. Why could I not see that????
