Can not connect DJI GO and so can't upgrade remote ...

Hi,
Remote controller "ON", aicraft's Battery "ON" ( drone is linked ==> remote indicate "GREEN") . The remote is connected with my mobile device and DJI GO is launched but when I am trying to get the camera view on the app , nothing happend ...
Is there any other solution to upgrade the remote firmware ?

If the LED is red it means you are NOT linked to the aircraft - it should be green!

Sorry ! it 's my fault ,Mistake when I wrote... The LED is effectivelly GREEN !
