Chinese notification and wont go away

Has anyone seen this warning before? Can anyone translate it? It just recently started. I excuse the message and it immediately comes back.

I google translated to this.

"The current temperature is too high, continue recording may cause the system to restart, please turn off the fan in Settings -> recording to change the configuration."

I'm a little baffled because I wasn't putting much load on the system. Not recording for long lengths and also recording to a fast SD card. Also the weather temp here in San Diego was only 65.

please goes to setup.. change the options turn of the fan while audio record.. and restart .
