Cinecore 2.1 hmmmm???

so they upgraded cinecore to 2.1 on the inspire 2.

So does that mean in order to get the X7, we have to send in the inspire 2 to get the cinecore updated? Isn’t the cinecore in the body of the inspire 2?

Do you think the cinecore 2.1 will be available to all owners regardless if they have the x7 to take advantage of the new image processing abilities? Such as el mode and stated on their website :

Cinecore 2.1 will be in an upcoming FW update, no changes in licenses.

You will have the new features from the Cinecore 2.1 on the X5s owner too, just with the new upcoming firmware, I just don't know if we will have the 2k7 60p Prores or not.
