I'm curious if anyone has tried mounting the DJI FPV air unit to an inspire 2. I fly both inspires and FPV quads and the quality of the DJI FPV goggles and air unit system is just phenomenal. It would be really amazing to be able to fly and inspire from that first person perspective with such clarity. I can't think of any reason you wouldn't be able to simply set it up and take a power lead from somewhere on the Inspire, but wondered if anyone here has done it

I'm curious too. The FPV camera on the Inspire 2 is my #1 disappointment. The video quality is basically unusable.
Some pilots are installing this system indeed, utilizing power supply available at banana connectors under landing gear assembly and DC/DC step-down module <div class="hl-image hl-item__bg-image hl-image__no-fill"><img src=https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/vo8AAOSwEPtfQ640/s-l225.jpg alt="1PC DC-DC LM2596 power Supply Buck Converter step-down module"></div>C $1.28

Hi Mat, I had no idea about this secret power supply you mentioned. Could you share more details? TIA!!!

Someone on eBay has that exact setup for sale.

I purchased the Eachine/Caddx Vista precisely for this purpose on my Inspire 1, Anyone know it there is a power tap I can use on a One?

Gladly. Watch this YT video, at 4:00 you'll see the Inspire's body removed from landing gear assembly. At the bottom you'll find 4 banana plugs delivering main propulsion power after battery is ON. You may dig further to find soldering points to power your FPV, i.e. on a battery compartment board, but that's basically the idea. This will give you 22.8 V, which you need to step down accordingly to FPV requirements. Good luck and Happy New Year!

Certainly there is such, but you'll have to disassembly the body to reach power distribution board behind battery compartment. Naturally 22.8 V must be stepped down accordingly to FPV requirements.

Wow man! Good stuff. Is this mount a 3d print?

Normal selling price for this mount is 33.00 on my store.

If interested send me your mailing address (USA) only.
