DJI Inspire One Raw - Raw settings Greyed Out

On my new DJI Inspire One Raw I have the SSD in the Drone. When I go to the video settings all of the Raw SSD settings are Greyed out. Anyone here have a suggestion? Do I need to format the SSD? If I format it will I lose the Raw software on it?
