Dust in my x5s lens

Are you saying you have dust inside the elements of the lens or on the camera sensor or back of the lens?

I used compressed air to blow it out but don’t try to use anything else or you’ll damage the camera sensor!!!!

On the camera sensor itself.

erm.. nop haha ~~ it dont really effect the picture quality so i guess i just let it be .... dont want to risk it yet to open

It's up to you as long as you are comfortable with it

Virtually all lenses will suck in a little dust between sets of elements over the years, of course if you use a lens in a dusty environment this will be accelerated. Zooms are the worst as the zooming action moves a lot of air around. If it's only a small amount of dust then it probably won't be an issue, if it becomes an issue then a camera repairer should be able to sort it.
