I have been searching for a pair of goggles that would allow me to fly FPV without a spotter and came across these last night. According to he reviews it's like the google glasses on steroids. I truly do not want to spend $800 being that my fatshark hd2s are very nice but according to the FAA they are a big No no. I wanted to see if anyone has experience with these goggles and if the hype is all it's really cracked up to be.

I be a little skeptical myself on how they work out in the bright light. It does make it a little hard to use goggles with out a spotter anymore. I have a pair of Dominator v3's and Headplays and hardly ever use them

I'm gonna try them in a couple of months. I cannot justify the cost right now but in regards to your concern. They make a polarized lens and a blackout lens. They are currently out of stock but if you buy the FPV version they are included with the package for only $20 more
