Firmware Update Issue

Hi All,

Just got my inspire in, and was getting the timeout error in the app. Chat support told me to do the auto upgrade by shutting down the controller and app. The inspire has been going for about 40 min and the LED status is solid red and sounds like an old printer :) . On hold with phone support, but thats another hour wait. Anyone seen this before?
 
Never mind...You have to connect the controller to say finished. Support just said the LED would go green....yeah right.
