Flight records to a new account

Because my hacked email account, I had to create a new account at DJI. Is it possible to place my flight records (the .txt files) in my new account so I don't lose them?

Try talking to DJI direct, if you explain the situation, I would expect them to respond positively.

I know Aviator " there he goes again talkin trash " but sometimes the truth hurts.

Have you got the txt files on a ipad or android device? If you have then you simply enter the new account on your hand held device and simply synchronise your files with the new account on the cloud. You can also use a PC and go to the following site and download or upload all the txt files to the skypixel account which will update the cloud and new account
