Filming a piece for CBS 60 Minutes on the "sinking building" in downtown San Francisco.Takijg off and landing from from a roof top 270 ft up.

I'm with FDS here.. every chance you get to fly in a "Unusual" area I snap lots of extra pics for use later.

Lots of interference on the roof top. Could not get the compass to calibrate so we ended up going back down to street level and did the compass dance. Once we got green lights we kept the bird on while we took the elevators back up. That helped us find a small spot on the rooftop where to take off from.

Exactly! We had no desire to re-fire any calibration.
