Focus Peak/Assist Creates Lag on Display - Inspire 2 + X5S + Crystal Sky

Just picked up a used I2 kit so I don't know if this a normal thing but I searched and can't find anyone talking about it. When I turn on Focus Peaking and the red lines are superimposed on the screen, the display becomes literally unusable. Like it updates every 2-3 seconds. I see other people talking about using the feature to help with focusing, but surely they are not just working around this lag? Am I missing something or is there an issue with my kit that is abnormal?

I have seen the same issue with no fix for it. All my apps and FW were up to date.

I seem to remember this issue is related to high camera shutter speed and a high image transmission rate.
Try using 1/60 second for the shutter and 720p for the transmission rate.
