Getterbacks or alternatives, can't find them in Europe.

I was searching for devices that, at least, give me the chance to salvage my I1 after a ditch in the lake.
Unfortunately the Getterbacks are not for sale here, in the Netherlands or any neighbouring country.

Anyone here who knows an alternative?

I'm in Australia but I got mine from amazon in the US
