I did this once before but can't seem to get it to work this time.

I connect my iPad to my PC, iTunes starts up and I click on the device icon to bring up the iPad. I then click on "Apps" then scroll down to where DJI GO is listed in file sharing. There's a folder called "FlightRecords" from today and it shows up as 11.4MB, but when I click on the folder nothing happens. In fact, when I click on ANY folder nothing happens. The VideoCache folder shows up as 927.4MB from today but once again when I click on the folder or double click on the folder nothing happens.

I'm running Windows 10 on the same laptop I used a month ago and had no problems.

I even tried a power off then power on of the iPad -- no difference.

OK, I figured it out ... I had to click on the folder then click on "Save to..." then select the folder to save it to. Copied the light logs and video cache and dropped the flight logs on HealthyDrones.

So, all good...
