Any file/photo viewer/editor that reads metadata (nearly all of them)! Is there anyway to pull the GPS coordinates tagged to a photos?
any most orthomosaics will read the data automatically, i already tried with pix4d and it picket it up automatically.I'm trying to extract the data to use for generating orthomosaics.
there is a post in this forum by TheCutter he has an online tool that does that and i think he allows to download the pre-process file in CVS format.Has anyone figured out how to interpret the data file that is constantly being logged by the Inspire (the one that DJI evaluates after a crash, flyaway, etc)?
I'd like to attach a GoPro in a NADIR view, but need to tag the lat/long to each photo.
You cant. It's a proprietary file format and is unreadable unless you have the correct software.Has anyone figured out how to interpret the data file that is constantly being logged by the Inspire (the one that DJI evaluates after a crash, flyaway, etc)?

So does your statement mean that TheCutter solution means nothing? You cant. It's a proprietary file format and is unreadable unless you have the correct software.
no, he's merely saying that there is nothing official and any solution out there right now is because they reverse engineered the format. So does your statement mean that TheCutter solution means nothing?
Confused.

the cutter solution works pretty well http://www.inspirepilots.com/thread...onverter-tool-csv-kml-images.3741/#post-40167 and it should be enough for what you want to do.
No - your post asked whether anyone had come up with a way of reading the data file logged by the Inspire. They still haven't.So does your statement mean that TheCutter solution means nothing?

No - what Cutters application does is interprets the data logged on the DJI Pilot app itself. What the Inspire logs is far more complex and informative giving detailed real-time data on all sensors (IMU, compass, throttle, yaw rate etc). Effectively the Inspire logs everything even when on the ground and motors not running! Is not TheCutter an interpreter of that data?
Are we talking full disclosure verse access to some information?
Photoscan Pro also loads the metadata.any most orthomosaics will read the data automatically, i already tried with pix4d and it picket it up automatically.
Not a very accurate way to do it really. Ground Control Points is a much more accurate method.I'm trying to extract the data to use for generating orthomosaics.
